We’re on a mission to give people their attention back, and make focus something you build on purpose, not something you hope for.

We believe you can’t fix a phone problem with more phone. The apps that promise to help live on the same device that steals your attention, one tap away from “ignore limit.” So we built something physical instead: a small device you tap to lock the apps you choose, and tap again to come back.

Block the noise and everything downstream changes. You sleep better because the scroll didn’t steal the night. You’re there at dinner. You finish the work, then you actually leave it. Focus was never only about getting more done. It’s about getting your life back.

Phase is built by people who had the problem first. We lost our own hours to a screen we swore we’d put down, tried every app, watched every one of them fail. Phase is the tool we wanted to exist. We use it every day.
